Bangladesh’s garment industry has emerged as the second largest exporter in the world after China. Nearly 5,000 garment factories in Bangladesh, 4 million workers bend over sewing machines, stitching textiles and apparel for leading global brands. Bangladesh’s ready-made garment industry accounts for 78% of the country’s total export.

The Bangladeshi textile and garment manufacturing is fuelled by young, urbanizing, workers many of whom are women. Due to low production costs Bangladesh’s garment industry has become the most competitive in Asia. Bangladesh also enjoy duty free access to the European Union.

In close cooperation with our office in Dhaka we organize vendor/ factory appraisals, source for fabrics and trims, initiate price negotiations and coordinate product sampling and bulk productions for our customers. Our service also include monitoring factory compliance and providing human rights diligence.
